Rob's Background

While growing up on a small family farm in Southern Utah, Rob has always had an eye for the beauty in God's creation.

He has had an interest in photography for over 20 years. Over the years he has shot portrait, landscape, abstract, macro, wildlife, night and food.

His other passion is in his work as a welder, welding instructor-inspector.

He seems to gravitate towards things that come with a challenge, and is known as a perfectionist.

Whether on or off the job, close to home or traveling he is always looking for interesting things to photograph.

He has traveled all over the states, and what you see on his website is just a sample of what he has captured.

But like all photographers you really get a few shots that are breathtaking. Getting that chance is definitely something you can't always plan for.

His motto has always been, "if you have an opportunity don't let it slip by, capture that moment and you will never have regrets."

He has spent long countless hours photographing, be it 3 hours for a food shot, to 3 hours of restless sleep, to an all night star shoot, to battling the weather, the elements wondering, was it even worth it? You decide.

The most famous reaction he gets from people is, "you took that?"

He always gives credit to where credit is deserved-God, The True Artist! He created this beautiful, grand, majestic earth and its mysteries for all to enjoy!
